Last January 15, mom turned 57! She doesn’t really seem like her age though haha! Her co- professors asked for a treat in Casino Espanol where mom used to work!
Casino Espanol de Manila is a Spanish non-profit club located at TM Kalaw St. Ermita, Manila. They serve the most sumptuous Spanish dishes in the Metro!
Actually, Casino is really close to my heart because I almost grew up there. That is the place where mama and papa met. The place where many family friends gather for the Three Kings, summer, and the Christmas Party. For 16 years, Casino had been my third home!(first-home, second-school) haha! That’s why when mom asked me to come over… wohoo! I miss their food anyway. Btw, mom left Casino in 2007.
The soup and paella was the main attraction anyway, plus the ambiance of course! Although, other foods were great, too! I was unable to capture the paella on kawali because it is being served.
